Aubrey Branch, Chairman/CEO

Aubrey is the visionary of the agency who has cultivated relationships and key contacts through his involvement in the community, politically and through his professional alliances. Aubrey is responsible for proposing innovative opportunities in marketing strategies, creating and implementing plans that meet our client’s objectives. Many diversity initiatives have experienced success in part due to Aubrey’s support and commitment to perform beyond their expectations.

Aubrey’s management style is best described as “real”, he is sincere and a man of principals & integrity. Aubrey gets right to the point and is strong in resolution management as well as subtle in his negotiating skills. You will feel confident and at ease when dealing with Aubrey.

Serving on the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America’s, Diversity Task Force and as President of the National African American Insurance Association has given Aubrey access and the respect of many national insurance company’s corporate executives. His local involvement includes the North Las Vegas Rotary Club, National Association of Minority Contractors, and the Government Affairs Committee for the City of North Las Vegas.

Joe Hernandez, ARM, AAI, President/COO

Joe’s responsibilities include managing the administration of OCIP’s (owner controlled insurance programs), for the current construction projects Branch-Hernandez has contracted to service, along with providing risk management and claims administration.

As a prior agency owner in California, Joe provides agency management, sales and marketing experience helpful to the success of this agency. Some of his duties include staffing, implementation of marketing programs, producer development, tracking sales, monitoring industry trends and carrier access.

Joe has also developed many industry relationships through his involvement as Chairman of the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America’s Diversity Task Force, Past President of the Insurance Agents & Brokers of the West and committee Chairman of Travelers Insurance, Emerging Markets Agents Council. This along with Joe’s commitment to excellence brings another team player to assist in the success of Branch-Hernandez & Associates Insurance Services.
